Fall 2009 Semester
Art
Mix classes are offered for children ages 3 - 12,
Monday - Friday. Classes are organized by age group:
4-5, 6-7, 7-8, 9-12. Each class meets once per week
for 90-minutes. Classes are small, to ensure that teachers
are able to work closely with each student. Teachers
will maintain a comfortable environment focused on
individual learning needs and creative interests.

Saturday
Workshops
Join
us for two hours in our creative workshops, diving
into a new medium each week! Students will build
their fine and gross motor skills as they make
clever works of art.

“Paint
with Me” Classes are designed
for 2-year old artists to bring a grown-up along,
to participate in class with them! Classes will
begin with wonderful children’s picture
story books that relate to the artist, medium
or theme of our art project. Classes are kept
small with four to six children per class. Students
develop their imagination as well as their fine
and gross motor skills, as they create multi-media
art projects including drawing, painting, collage
and more.

for Children with Special Needs
If you would like to arrange an individual or small group class for a child or
children with special needs, please contact Art Mix directly. Our talented and
nurturing teachers have developed an exciting, multi-sensory curriculum for children
to develop their skills and their imagination.

Private
Lessons
Private lessons are available for students who would like one on one
instruction with an Art Mix teacher. Students may work on an individual art project
or a school-related project. The cost for private lessons is $30.00 per half-hour,
$50.00/hour.

Studios

on your own time, at your own
pace…the Pop-In
Studios at Art Mix are designed just for you!
Young
artists are welcome to visit the Pop-In
Studios during our business hours, 9:00am to
6:00pm, Monday through Thursday, Friday
9:00am to 5:00pm and Saturday 10:00am to 5:00pm.
Each day children can choose from a variety of art
activities, and spend up to 1-hour in the studios.
A member of our staff will be on hand to observe
your child and to assist with art supplies. The cost
is $15.00 per hour, for
students not currently enrolled in Art Mix classes.

a card for 5 visits to our Pop-In Studio for $75.00
($15.00/visit), and get a 6th visit for FREE!

Artists who are enrolled in classes at Art
Mix are welcome to visit our Pop-In
Studios before or after their scheduled class for
up to one hour. Including class time, artists can have
a total of 2 and a half hours of creative learning
and fun at Art Mix!
