* For parties with children ages 4 and up, Art Mix recommends that parents drop off their children at 10am and pick them up at 12pm. |
Parties will be set up in our gallery space, with two to three tables for the children to enjoy the art activities and any food, and or cake and refreshments.
Decorations and Food:
Please bring your own decorations, food, cake, refreshments and paper goods.
Payment:
- A $100 non-refundable deposit is required in order to reserve your party.
- The remainder of the balance is due the Monday prior to your party. Fees due for additional guests above the confirmed number will be collected on the day of your party ($20 per additional child, and $5 per additional (adult).
- Please be sure to ask your guests to RSVP by the Monday prior to your party, and confirm your number of total guests with us by that day, so that we may better organize your party.
Included Items:
- Studio space at Art Mix for 2 hours
- Fun Art Activities: Children will make awesome art to take home!
- Two to three Art Mix staff members will organize, set up and clean up your party and the art activities for you and your guests.
Day of the Party:
On the day of the party, hosts should arrive at 30 minutes prior to the scheduled party time, to meet the Art Mix staff and to set up any additional party items you may want to bring.
Party Schedule and Activities:
First 15 minutes: Greet guests. Children can color a birthday card for the birthday party girl or boy.
Next hour: Children will do the art activities.
30-45 minutes: Food, cake and refreshments can be served.
Games, books and music will be available for the children to enjoy if they have completed their art activities early.
