policies & procedures
1. advance registration and full payment is required for our programs and events.
2. cancellation policy: due to the high demand for artmix programs, no refunds, exchanges or credits will be given. all sales are final.
3. artists who need to make changes to their registration, please contact artmix in advance to determine for availability, 713.552.9028.
4. for all artists who bring any food into the studio, please be sure it is nut-free.
your artmixstudio party planner will contact you for a final headcount for your party the monday before the date of your party. this headcount confirmation conversation will determine the number of guests that our staff will prepare and staff for for your party. we will only prepare for an additional 2 artist guests, in the event that you have day of guests that attend your party. our staff is able to plan activities and staff for additional guests up to 5 days in advance of your party. once these numbers are confirmed, refunds will not be permitted. In the event of a party cancellation, artmixstudio will work with you to reschedule your party at the earliest convenience.
class or camp makeups
if an artist needs to miss class, camp or workshop due to illness please call us, 713.552.9028, to reschedule for another class time during the week. artists may also visit our open studio during our business hours.
artmix will be closed during the following holidays and season breaks:
memorial day and labor day weekend and monday
thanksgiving holiday: november 22-26, 2017
winter holiday: december 25 – 26 & 31, 2017; january 1, 2018
